Working in the Studio

Over forty years Frank has built up a distinctive studio practice, that combines observational drawing, working from memory and ‘visual world building’. Elements of the painting such as figures, trees and cityscapes are brought together in ambiguous pictorial spaces to create narratives about Community Life in east London.
